A high level of vigilance is maintained by our skilled engineers to ensure that our operations fully comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Our facility is FDA-compliant for both Nutraceuticals and Pharmaceuticals. We are also certified for NSF, Kosher, and Halal products.

It starts with  the materials.

The ideation phase is all about crafting a conceptual formula for your desired results. Sometimes clients come ready with a formula. Other times, they’ll have us engineer the formula. Either way, we’ll work with you to transform your ideas into a unique and compelling product. If you can dream it, we can make it.

After sampling, we move to the lab.

Each material remains in quarantine until it is sampled and tested. Each sample undergoes a blind identification test via FTIR to confirm its identity. In addition, incoming raw materials undergo testing for micro-bacterial purity, appearance, analytical content, and the absence of heavy metals.

Accepted materials head to production.

Once testing confirms that the raw material meets our stringent qualifications, the product is released for production and stored in our climatically controlled warehouses until it is picked for production.

Controls, sampling, and monitoring

Our production process includes strategically spaced quality controls. Starting with a double sign-off of each raw material used, its quantity and its lot number to in-process control parameters which include periodic sampling and monitoring during the production process. Each employee is responsible to ensure that what they produce will meet or surpass your expectations. We call this our “Total Quality Management” approach.

Post-production testing is our finale.

Before we ship your product to you, we ensure that it meets your label claim and quality expectations. Every lot of finished goods is tested yet again for micros, purity, heavy metals and the active content and comes with a certificate of analysis certifying that your product meets your specified requirements.
